1. Project Cancellation by Client

• If a client cancels a project before work begins, a full 100% refund will be issued.
• If a project is canceled after partial work has started, a partial refund may be provided based on the completed work.
• Once the project is completed and delivered, no refund is applicable.

2. Cancellation by Service Provider

We reserve the right to cancel a project in the following cases:

• Non-responsive clients for more than 14 days
• Violation of our Terms of Service
• Unethical or unlawful project requirements

In such cases, a refund will be issued for any unworked portion of the project.

3. Refund Process

• All refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are not applicable to services involving third-party tools or subscriptions once purchased.

4. No Refund Conditions

• Change of mind after project approval
• Lack of understanding of the service after confirmation
• Delays caused by client non-cooperation
